Patent pending????

I would just like to understand when if possible will they get the paperwork done on the patent??? This company seemed to have a lot of potential ( was just a scam ) Anyway the Dr has the formula so let's get it to market so when can see it this company has any hope of a return for us.

There was a discussion a while ago about this. Sen said  If you leave the patent as "pending", then no one can analyze what you've done and create a patentable variant that they can use to compete with you. That was the answer anyway. I'd worry more about where a product is than the patent.

also patents expire but the clock doesn't start until the patent is final. so the longer you are in the patent pending status the better! of course it all doesn't matter if there is no product!

  I was informed that if NO Patent submission is reported in any of the patent databses, then there is NO Patent, NO Patent Pending, and in turn there is NO clock. It's open access to all and everyone as there is NO protection. SMH how deep the rabbit hole of this Co can go. just unbelieveable! Feel shame for buying in kinda blind. Should have done this research upfront and ...more

The patent discussion has been had numerous times before. Lots of people did due diligence on this already. It's not the problem. The problem is Sen. He's clueless when it comes to running companies. And it appears nobody wants to work with him. Great qualities you want in an acting CEO.
