Measure of cash flow is important and essential in most cases, not typically in jr. exploration. The assets held by SPK possess an element of intrinsic value (if unlocked by the right individuals) that far outweights the liabilities on the balance sheet. With qualified leaders at the helm this provides an opportunity for asymmetric upside.
