The quality and reputational value put forth by the likes of Dr. HUSBAND, Chuck SMITH and Michael STARKWEATHER is transformational. Smith alone has the deal making ability to send this to the stratosphere. In my experience guys like this do not sacrifice a lifetime building a reputation to toss it for 5 minutes of fame/shame.
Martin Tutschek on the docket must have been a typo or a severe oversight, he is as slippery as they come (for fun, do a google search).
The math was completely in favor of the activist group of investors, if the last ditch stunt of turning away votes was not pulled by Tom Wilson and his lackey lawyer this Co. would be on an unparalleled upward trajectory. Loading up would be smarter than dumping even though the share price is currently telling you different, but ain't that how all fortunes are made.
