Sunset Pacific is not in talks on Tunisian permit 2019-06-21 13:40 ET - News Release Mr. Belkacem Aissaoui reports SUNSET DENIES AGREEMENT ON TUNISIAN PERMIT Sunset Pacific Petroleum Ltd. has responded to several recent requests for clarification regarding an alleged executed agreement between the company and a major Chinese oil company regarding the Beni Khedache permit in Tunisia. The company has been made aware of a false document being given to some shareholders and delivered to its corporate lawyer's office. The company has not executed this document. This false document has obvious spelling errors and non-oil-and-gas terminology, which are similar to recent Internet chat room postings and an unsolicited so-called analyst coverage report that the company has previously uncovered and denied. The company hereby denies any discussions or agreements with any Chinese company on its Tunisian Beni Khedache permit. We seek Safe Harbor. 2019 Canjex Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.
