Whoever the guys from Texas are they've played poker, an ultimate fact finding mission ensued. In holding off the activists Wilson showed his hand two rounds too early (no fault of his own that was his best move given the circumstances). The opposing shareholders got a free play out of the last meeting, a special meeting now would be the point where Wilson & Co. Lose the reigns.
