1. When you announce a PP closing weeks in advance or even days…(private placement MONON) brokers all look in their brokerage accounts and call all their clients and say ”you have stock in your account of sso and its trading at 20.00 and I can get you stock in a PP (do I need to tell you again what pp means?) at 17. With a 4 month hold in some cases. The client sells the free trading stock and buys the PP. The broker get a commission and this creates selling pressure and pushes the stock down sometimes even requiring it to be re priced even lower looser. Are you that stupid? Please tell me you are not that dumb!
Raise smaller amounts of capital…say 50 million at a time. Something that can be lined up ahead of time so it can be opened and closed in minutes and does not give people the opportunity to dump stock. That is what Bob did for years while you morons were hanging off his coat tails.
