RE: I.R.Peter will never promote this one, as long as Harlan is still around. Otherwise, he will get his head hand over to him by Harlan. I know that unhappy people are trying to let this PP fall through. PAX is as dead as YZC, if this deal need to be repriced. To help Harlan is to stand against a few very powerful institutional sharesholders.
