Merger of Equals or Buy Out ??In answering a question from the RBC analyst on the Primero CC, Joe Conway of Primero suggested that in this low POG environment they are looking out at possible mergers & acquisitions. SAS's prized asset is the Holt Mill. Primero already got the Stock Mill (Williams got it on the cheap).
As Black Fox develops UG (say 6 to 8 gpt to 1,000 tpd or 1, 200 tpd), the all-In costs could approach the $1,000 or less level.
Anonymous helped themselves to over 500k shares of SAS today after the Primero CC....just coincidence??? Maybe, maybe not.
