This legal impediment is a primary example of why St Andrew needs to venture, exploratory wise, outside of its existing brown ground development holdings where new discoveries could be made which don't have any historical legal or royalty choke holds in place......Given St. Andrew's enormous land position along the most prospective exploration trends its is particularly perplexing as to why more exploratory focus does not occur......Making discoveries close to existing infrastructure is great for the purpose of extending resource opportunities but the big picture gains are going to come from discoveries which are made outside within less charted environments......These types of discoveries are what drive speculation scenarios which ultimately are responsible for the big share price movements..........
