curve- Like you said the oz will be going up and the royalty costs will be going down. With increased drilling at Holt there should be yet another increase in reserves.Holt is starting to look like a mine with 10 cash flow positive years of life in it. The grade is surprising at Taylor and with more drilling this could become an even larger deposit. The lower costs of oil make the Aquarious project very interesting. I am surprised no one asked about it on the conference call. That is one nice call option on gold that the company gets no credit for. The market cap on this stock is still below the replacement cost of the mill. Primero knows this and must act accordingly if they want this at the lowest price. Yes, I think a stock offer will be part of the deal.

If Primero's bid for SAS is approaching or past the, "best before date" for an SAS bid then maybe we could be looking at a cash rich Tier One or Two to bring these two projects together?
