Quick question....

Ive tried searching about this so called law suit - and the only thing I can find is a royalty payment ?  Have I got the right company?  As I can't see anything pertaining to this issue that's been spoken of on this board.... Hmmmmm.  Anyone wanna make a comment?  I'm all ears.....
