Ted -  Wasn't that back in  Dec 2013 concerning Kiska? I haven't seen any news later than that. It was for some small percentage .5 pct  NSR  IF the claim was valid.   I am sure if this is material St. Andrew Goldfields would be required to disclose.

An extra .5% at the present price of gold coupled with the companies all in sustaining cost levels would all but eradicate St Andrews profitability and would tank the share price further....St Andrew needs to find further resources outside of the existing production infrastructure base (brown ground) where all the royalty tentacles are in place.......The predatory business modeled Franco ...more

It's a bit dramatic to say $5 on the current $1072 all-sustaining cost would "tank the share price".
