David Awram Purchased more SND!

Not sure if anyone else picked this up.....but yesterday Mr Awram sold 60,000 units of SSL and used some of the proceeds to purchase 92,000 units of SND. Not sure if it is a rebalancing exercise or there is more to the story. Any opinions?
