This point was brought up with NW a few weeks back about Samsung as far as others entering the picture.  His reply was that when SND or SSL  do the DD on a company they send 70+ years of expertise into the mine.  They look thru 100's of offers to find the right fit.  He also confirmed that a few years back there was a shortage of qualified CEO's and managers in the business.  This is not an area for the faint of heart and there are more bad deals then good.  My feeling is that unlimited money with out the expertise in this specific area is soon lost.
