Hi Cloudrunner:

As I understand it (and I could be wrong), if the stock price hits .70 cents, it gives you the right to purchase shares at .70 cents.  I suppose the advantage is, if the price hits .90 cents, you are still buying them at .70 cents.  However, if the price is under .70 cents, the warrants expire worthless and you lose the money for which you bought the warrants.
