The Company made a payment of $17.75 million for the Bracemac-McLeod Copper Stream. Furthermore, the Company subscribed for 6,428,571 common shares in the capital of Donner for $2.25 million. Donner has provided a cash flow guarantee that the Company will receive minimum before tax cash flows of $5.7 million in 2013, $5.1 million in 2014, $5.6 million in 2015 and $3.6 million in 2016.
