RE:RE:No Donner Stream for 2013

RE:RE:No Donner Stream for 2013
What is the the dollar value of this to Donner/SND.

Will this be enough to keep things going for Donner, I would think that they will have still raise more cash.
I cannot give a number but as I understood SND did plan to show the first cash flow from this stream in the last quarter so 12mio divided by 4 should be around 3mio? Just guessing.

And as I understood this does not mean that the cash flow guarantee for this year was cancelled only that it was pushed to next year which means if there is a live of mine of only 4 years (which I personally doubt) it does not change the minimum cash flow guarantee.

And I guess if SND let DON go down they would have needed to pay to Xstrata for the 35% of DON... So it is better to give them more time, show potential new streams that SND offers advantages towards a bank or senior producer and wait a few month longer to book the first cashflow and not have to inject more cash into this undertaking with Xstrata to keep ít alive...

If DON still is unable to make it (PERSONALLY!!!) I see the chance to put a little more money into the play and therefore boost short term cash flows... Question is how much more money SND would have to put in if DON fails (which I do not expect and do not wish to shareholders!!!).

Far more important would be if TBD could make it...

Just my thoughts. DYODD!
