Fairfax Investments

Fairfax InvestmentsI rarely comment on other stocks on the Stelco site ,  " Tothemoon 2 "  specifically asked about Resolute Forest Products   ( RFP )  .   Fairfax has a very large position in both .   Obviously , these are value type companies .   RFP is a Canadian company but 90% of it's trading volume is on the NYSE .  I would love for Stelco to get an NYSE listing .   RFP has 4 divisions but  50 % of its sales and most of its profits come from wood products .. IT trades at less than 70% of its book value ,  It will make 8 dollars a share this year , and I think at least 6 dollars a share next year .  They currently have a 100 million dollar share buyback program out of free cash flow . Debt level is low and Pension obligations are very manageable .   The stock trades at under 14 dollars U.S.  This company ans Stelco are my two largeast positions out of 18 stocks . Bottom line , I like the future of Steel and Lumber .  Not too sure of BITCOIN ? ? or stocks trading at 20 times SALES ? ?   I wish everyone a happy and healthy 2022  !
