Tailwinds?

I just read this article about Cleveland Cliffs. Notice that they expect steel prices to rise in 2022. That's because all these bridges, fridges, electric and other cars will need many tons of steel. And with a 'tiny' 4.7 forward price multiple, this is an excellent stock to buy, says the author. How much more Stelco with a forward multiple of 1.9!! But rising steel prices?
