Interesting. Of course how much is 'limited'. On top of that, can Europe produce steel cheaper than Stelco can? Earlier some of us discussed what the earnings per share would be for Stelco, Q.3. I checked 7 sources, and got an average of $6.64 for Q.3; $8.25 for Q.4 from 5 sources. I totally don't get the higher amount for Q.4 over Q 3. I am inclined to believe the figures
