This looks good as still have limits and low risk of China dumping which was problem before.
Stelco extremely low valuation and looks like market waiting for results before pushing stock price up. Find that odd as steel futures remain high into 2022and as other poster mentioned Clifford is very bullish on future.
I plan to buy more at these cheap prices
