The max you could get is 37 Canadian dollars when the price at close yesterday was above that.

Not confused here. Momentarily I thought HURRAHHH, Then I saw Dutch auction whose price is $31-$37, and said to myself, "Well, forget that!" Now, if they meant in US dollars, we might be able to do business.....lol

Not USD as the quote was yesterday in CD. This leaves me confused as well as the market (with tailwinds) seems to say it's ok?

For those who did a head scratch this morning upon seeing the news release you are not alone. Then looking at the price reaction, all I could say is good, no GREAT move Alan!!! Stelco is putting out there that it is willing to acquire 10% of its float for less than 1/3 of what I expect cash flow to be in the 4th quarter.
