A lot of steel
I added a little to my Stelco stock position at noon today . I think 2022 will be a very good year for Stelco . They are producing ONLY 625 thousand tons per quarter . That works out to one Billion 250 million pounds per quarter or Five billion pounds per year . That works out to roughly 10 ounces of steel for every person on earth . Seems like a whole bunch to me . I sure wouldn't want to drop a 10 pound Dumbbell on my toe ! I find this Auction process quite amusing , but I have a lot confidence in the Stelco Management .
