RE:Shareholder Common Petition powerofnow, what will happen to the shares if SUNE avoids BK, were they delisted due to share price (too long below $1 on NYSE) or were they delisted due to the filing for BK. Not really asking for prices here, just if they will get cancelled and new shares issued etc?? Any comments appreciated. Thanks Rob
