They have too much debt. If you have not noticed the have stopped rolling up propane businesses. Analysts were all over them on quarterly calls to demonstrate the synergy from them and show above ...more

Three reasons: 1. Too much debt and institutions are not buying because of the high debt level to EBITDA. They have meet8 gs with big institutions but as you can see it is not turning into net buying ...more

I just added another 5000 shares at 9.28.. looking at the chart you can comfortably add at this level.. great way to build a large position..

I still think M&B are selling. Since they are under the 10% threshold we will never know. Warm weather is not helping much, but at least Management has not pre warned or anything.

What's Happening?

The shares have been sliding for many weeks. Is there any reason for that? Is it possible that M;B knew something we didnt? Again it shows that the so-called "targets" are meaningless.
