I think if SVB got to 10% NPV you get $10 stock. SVB just needs to be recognized for what the potential is, get the increased share issuance approved, but in the next few months getting the share price north of $5 would allow them to issue with minimal dilution.
If a group of retail investors can drive large market cap companies up from $0.50 to $3 in two weeks (Hello Sundial Growers and your massive share count). Why can't SVB go up. You get a few days of 1 million shares and you will have it moving.
Look at 2016, SVBL went from $0.20USD to $1.60USD in 6 months!
Going from $0.85USD to $5USD now is not a stretch. Just need sentiment and the right people to catch on to company.
