I also tend to think that the lenders ( 9.5M ) must be optimistic to advance triple the current capitalization and be convinced that the litigation will be won by SVB!

No, the money awarded to Silver Bull Resources belongs to the company (and its shareholders.) This could be rather amazing should SVBL be awarded a big judgement, which seems probable. the market ...more

I have no idea how long arbitration takes.  It usually is quicker than a full-on court case being litigated. The only good news to this whole ordeal is that by the time the dust settles silver ...more

The problem is how long it will take to find a solution, which I think could be a long time. Is the international court obliged to rule within a certain (reasonable) time? Thank you for your reply.
