No, the money awarded to Silver Bull Resources belongs to the company (and its shareholders.) This could be rather amazing should SVBL be awarded a big judgement, which seems probable. the market cap of SVBL is minuscule .... it's just a fraction compared to the amount of many many millions it's likely to recover. I also tend to think that the lenders ( 9.5M ) must be optimistic to advance triple the current capitalization and be convinced that the litigation will be won by SVB!

Absolutely they are! and they're in the best position to know or strongly believe that SVBL will indeed win. to state that it's a strong endorsement of SVBL's case would be understating....
