Most undervalued junior gold producer

Most undervalued junior gold producerI have been looking over most of the junior gold stocks that are either producing or close to production and fully funded.
The search criteria relates to cash costs , annual production , potential production upside ,  probability of near-term dilution , likley to be a takeover candidate ,and  for at least a double of current market cap.

Castle Gold has been the standard for comparision. It is being taken over by a private company for $110 million.
It is producing 32,000 oz/year at a cash cost of about $575 per oz.

The takeover values CSG at about $3400 per produced oz and about 6 times most recent cash flows..

Silvercrest will produce 65,000 oz of gold equivalent  production per year beginning in April/2010 , at a cash cost below $250 per oz  for the first 2 years and $328/oz for the 9 year life of the open pit mine.

Using only the Life of mine cost , Silvercrest will cash flow about $55 million per year.
Based on this, its CSG-based cash flow takeover value would be about $330 million or over $5 per share.

Using CSG's takeover production value of $3400 per oz produced, Silvercrest would be valued at $220 million or about $3.25 per fd share.
This is way ahead of any other  junior gold.

Have other done similar comparsions ?.
I would be interested in seeing your results.
