FinancingI think the financing was a great deal. No warrant attached so even less dilution. Now buyers can pick up SVL for less than the price of the financing, so buy buy buy.
They sealed the deal just before a retracement in the price of silver caused all silver miners to retrace.
The outstanding shares for SVL remain extremely conservative compared to other producers..
FR got abused by its shareholders for a couple of years because of their financing and dilution. Turns out getting producing was more important, and all the complainers who thought miners can expand without any financing got to miss out on an FR runup from $2.75 to $25.00 while they scrupulously examined the details of the financing. Likewise for SVL the name of the game is ramping up production.
If anyone is concerned that Canaacord -who have a rating for SVL of $4.00, can welch out of the financing, or have it refinanced at a lower price, should contact the company, rather than relying on info from anonymous posters on a bullboard.
