Presumes:
- 4M ozs Ag eq for 20 years
- $22 net realized Ag eq
- $200M cap ex (expended in 2014, 2015 & bulk in 2016)
- $46M sustaining capital (expended ratably throughout)
- 1st production = 2017
- payback 3.3 years
