Well I don't get. $24MM cash in hand 09/13, undrawn $40MM line of credit, over 8MM in the money options average $1.70., $10MM of capex and explor planned for 2014 was brought over from 2013, record prodn Q4 2013 albeit lower Ag price...I guess they could not resist the offer from Dundee, after all the latter only get 5.5% cash reward from the deal while we go down 10% 0n our holdings!!! And as to sp movement, others (even non-producing Ag stocks) have gone up over 50% in the same period and SVL were higher than this historically when less proven/prop reserves and I know Ag is less now but....
