It seems you may have picked the bottom of the market to sell a terrific project and $30 million in cash for squat... Voting no -

The deal is done...I've been through this before a few times.  Sprott and other investors will approve of the deal. Bottom line is Silvercrest investors got robbed...plain and simple.  I had a feeling this was going to happen.  A company with 30 million in cash and solid cash flow for the next 2 years won't sit this long trading near .6 to book value.  The company sold ...more
