Why isn't SVL higher?
Considering SVL is now worth 0.2769 of First Majestic's share price ($4.02), shouldn't SVL be at $1.11 rather than $1.07?
Is that not a 4% gimme?

Yes but you need to wait till closing to be able to get that 4%. The time delay is why there is a discount as it could be 2 months or so. Also, there is the unlikely event the offer doesnt get accepted by shareholders which also creates a certain degree of risk.
