Semafo just acquired...

6.2 Million shares at .05 under a prospectus exemption. And another 3.1 Million warrants (transaction date Dec 31, filing date Jan 3, 2019). This after numerous insider buys .045 to .05 from August to November 2018. I expect that we will see some action very shortly. MM
