Cheap SMF by buying SCA

The agreement with SMF states that each SCA share will be exchanged for 0.0336 shares of SMF. This is based on the selling price of SMF on Feb 8.

Buy SCA today at $0.10 and you are essentially buying SMF at $2.97. You could pay $0.115 for SCA with SMF at $3.45 and break even. Anything lower than that will make you money. Just picked up 100,000 SCA @ $0.10 so technically made 16% at the present $3.45 SMF price.

There is always a slight possibility that the deal will not go through but I think unlikely based on the fact that all SCA stock holders will be doubling their money.
