Also i am considering averaging down but this company does not seem to have made great decisions or executed that well (thinking of their expansion plant and then losing their lease on the existing plant).



The only good thing is that this is time to have debt if you have to have it.

The one advantage to having everything at one facility is that there are cost savings to be had. They are left with no choice but to incur debt but at least we know they have the customers to fulfill their orders when they replace their Burnaby facility. I think they have an uphill battle from here but they are probably worth more than where they stand today.
