I'm not pessimistic, at all. I've been buying SWY for years. I have enough SWY to make my heart sing. I'm just one of those patient guys that takes this in steps, and we haven't stepped out of the .60's, yet. But, it will, and it won't be long. 
You're right though, it is definitely a buying opportunity, because we are seriously cheap, right now. That's why I'm not feeling any of the excitement that the newbs are. My excitement is for what is yet to come. It's a patience game, for me. I'm not a trader, I'm a value investor.
