My comment that perhaps she slighted him does not imply anything. Matter of fact, it was written in a manner that belittles John Kaisers approach to his subscribed followers, if in fact he keeps SWY out of his newsletter because of a dislike for a person in the management, and not based on her merits and the company in general. For me, I can find no fault in any of SWY's management. They are consistently referenced in many companies new releases to give weight to their own releases.
I have read, and re-read my post, and for the life of me, it only looks as if I have defended Eira, our investment in her, and her ability to produce, not only good results, but a soon-to-be mine. The message that I was trying to convey, was that, unless he knew for certain that Eira's reputation kept "John Kaiser" and the "blue suits" away from Stornoway, it was a moot point. And an entirely negative one, at that. Eira's reputation is outstanding, with me. I have a tremendous amount of respect for her, and her team. I am entirely confident in my investment, largely because of her.
Perhaps, I misread whatsupdudes post. I don't think so. I think that I took the time to show how corrosive it was to bring such a negative suggestion to the board, yet again. Whatsupdude is tired of the suggestion of patience being rewarded in this investment. I, am tired of his suggestion that Eira's reputation is in question. Neither of the suggestions are new. Not mine. Not his. Both are repeats.
As far as newsletters go, I read them, too. If you look at the volume that SWY gets on the big days, there is no way that anybody that is remotely interested in diamond investing misses SWY. Yes, money follows money. My money is included in that mix.
For anyone that misinterpreted my post to read a lack of respect towards women, please believe me that that was not my intent. My intent, was only to combat what I perceived as an attack on me, and more importantly, as a repeated direct attack on Eira, based on what is suggested to be rumoured only.
