Lots of hoops to jump and paperwork to be in order. Once that is complete and Stornoway can say "ALL PERMITS ARE RECEIVED and IN ORDER FOR MINE DEVELOPMENT" than the financing can begin in earnest. Permitting will give confidence for a mine to actually go into production. That is when the SP will appreciate not before. Normal DD should be done by any long term investor and will pay off also with SWY.

A quick profit can be had by day traders. SWY is not a day traders paradise!
