The Mandate Letters arrange for specific action by various financial institutions thus basicly insuring financing on placement terms rather then large dilution for existing SH. Equity financing will still be required but at lesser proportion. This is a good step forward and should release the SP from its lows.

Also a change in first production method is presently under study with results of possible alteration of inital production method, ramp versus shaft mining, to be released possibly before year end..
