Ice & Primed - Curly Says

Ice & Primed - Curly Says

Opinions being what they are, pure speculation, here is mine.

A large group of shares are owned by the majority at well below .10. It's all spec again because of the lack of info we have access to, but I think a conservative guess would be an average cost of .07.  If so, why wouldn't a take out to save future indebtedness and failure be smart at .20?

It is a bit too early for the takeout however. To attract attention, as apparent as the move is, consolidation will happen first. There appears to be little leverage left, unless the company is holding back information on a fantastic Christmas and other sales. In this case I'd have to speculate that no news is not good news.

So Prime is absolutely correct, one has to be very patient. Yet, can the company survive a long period if they aren't making money to fund forays into the market? You can speculate on that yourself.

I'd really like to know some of the long time large shareholders opinions, the people that have financed SHH on it's many requests for private placement. IMHO they hold the answer to the question.

However I doubt that they care to comment because they would most likely win in either case, a buyout now or in the long run.
