Sorry Prime...I know that you mean well, but your statement is an oxymoron.
If the market price was valued on something other than investors support, you'd be correct. But it isn't.
Again, most of us (if not all of us) realize the value that the IP held...and still may hold, but it's the company and what it has done and not done that we discount.
Now that 51% of the IP could be gone...and that Sonomax will have targets to meet to retain the use of the IP, it has to be wait and see IMHO. There are numerous scenarios that can play out here with this little known holding company holding the IP.
But now is not the time to speculate, though I really would love to.
