and that just confirms what many here have been saying for a long time....and proves that the rest of the company's value is highly negative...   with all the conditions ahead, I'll sit back and watch before saying that this day is any more significant than any of the others previously announced.

Thanks for your input Primed.  Just wanted you to know that you're not alone and I'm in agreement with you that this is a positive step forward. Good luck convincing anyone on this site of that.  It's poisoned with negativity and has been for a long time now.  I can't bother to waste my breath anymore. WJF

I can appreciate your positive outlook on this company but if you have been in as long as I have with the amount of shares that I have been holding, so many missed opportunities and lost deals you too would have a hard time being positive.   JJ

But it isn't.     Again, most of us (if not all of us) realize the value that the IP held...and ...more

So wait...I do not understand the arragement....If ValueLink gets some OEMs like Sony to produce their own Sonofit based product, would Sonomax get any royalties on those products since they would own still 49% of the IP???   Also, ...Sonomax will have targets to meet to retain the use of the IP, it has to be wait....
