RE: RE: RE: volume & REPORTING DAY!!! There are more unanswered questions than known facts now. The MD&A gave absolutely no clue further
to the original Nov 22, 2012 announcement of Valulink...or the numeous moves after. You're right McGill,
the debt is disturbing, but the dismal sales for "The SonoFit™ ... positioned to become truly ubiquitous
across all in-ear product applications" is a shock.
It is unfathomable that Malouf and co. can sign a document that states "Comments in this report are as
of April 30, 2013" when there is absolutely no mention of Valulink, the proposed sale of the IP for $10
million, the strategic partnership...it's like they never even made an announcement about it. They did
however clear up how many shares exist.
I lost on another company that was in a similarly tenuous position and ended up being consumed
by the debt holders...and it appears, again IMHO, that this is almost certainty to happen here too. If this
continues to play out like in other recent situations, the debtors will fight...or if smart...agree on how to split
up the IP and/or use it in a newco. Anyone not secured is gonzo as Sonomax folds....IMHO
It'll be up to us unsecured shareholders to determine if this was mess was contrived by the insiders if they
benefit from the disaster. That's for another day, if necessary.
In any case...I've been pushing for SHH to be diligent for years without success, and only now can I safely
say, unless an angel comes along, Sonomax is definitely gone in a very short time.

What a fricken mess. Most people have been scared away by the Venture accept for quick hype-news
driven players. The now privately held TMX big board is not much better. There is little if any true regulatory
oversight of what is done. It's time for us all to move to the Dark Side.
