Yup....management will come and say that they have done everything. However in reality they did everything but not sales. Pathetic. The directors will most probably take the IP and sell it off to some company. All shareholders will get f-ed. The directors will walk away with some good money though.
Anyhow 2 more directors resigned:
Resignation of Directors Kevork Kokmanian on October 30 and Philippe Gervais on October 31. Mr. Kokmanian chaired the Audit Com
mittee and was a member of the Corporate Governance committee. Mr Gervais was a member of the Audit Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Compensation Committee.
Also, seems like there was a lawsuit recently against Sonomax Technologies:
