It looks like Sonomax has simply found another company that wants to try to find opportunities on spec rather than invest after all. No mention of closing the previously announced deal.

I am glad to see you guys made up. But this company has a considerable amount of short term debt. I do not see how they will be able to pay it off without actually generating revenues sometime soon. They are on trak to going bankrupt.

Well the balance sheet does not lie. These guys need to stop putsing around with their press releases and start generating some revenues. I wish the shareholders had some cojones in order to put the current board liable for not meeting objectives. They are just going in circles.
