I haven't been able to find anything further - has anyone heard what the status of this is?

I talked to Don Bailey today and he said the IRS refund has not arrived yet but his Chairman and CEO have decided to do a partial distribution to shareholders and complete it when the IRS refund arrives. Their Law firm in Vancouver is handling the distribution---Axiun Law Firm and Linda Choy is in charge of the distribution.... Hope we get out total funds soon......post something if anyone talks

I'd almost prefer they wait and save the additional costs at this point.  What's another couple months after waiting almost a year.

Presently in the hands of Vancouver attorney. Hopefully we get partial distribution before end of year.... Something is better than nothing.... GLTA

I received an e-mail from the Attorney in Vancouver who supposedly was to handle the distribution of  funds to shareholders. She said the matter has been referred back to Don Bailey of the firm which purchased the Saxon assets. (can't remember the firm's name!). Anyway, I have talked to Don Bailey several times over the past year. But, now I have tried several times to get a response
