Any News?
Has anybody heard anything recently as to when funds will be distributed to 'owners', i.e., Us?
This is rediculous! I am sure they have received the +/-$800,000 US refund from the IRS by now. Looks like they are stalling.....hope they haven't squandered Our money by drilling dry holes somewhere!!!
All I get is voice mail with no return call from Don Bailey, and if I write to their BC attorney she refers me back to Don Bailey in Texas!!!!

Today, I did hear from someone who is closer to the situation that news is pending and the funds will be distributed about March 15. ....this is an unconfirmed rumor but the person I heard from is a Vancouver Broker who has much Saxon stock of his own. Let's cross our fingers and hope this is it!! Good Luck to all

Hopefully we hear something this week as to when we get paid. Rumor has it that funds are with Computershare and waiting for a final Director's signature.... Crossing my fingers to put this painful experience in the rear view mirror!!!
