WOW IN 3 weeks new issue is at .35 vs .55

This is unbelievable greed by insiders
.35 issue price with .40 warrant
Company paid 7% ($98,000) finders fee to 4 insiders 
So net issue receipts is .325
Did they not see the extra need for cash 3 weeks ago
when they could have received ,55 per new share????
Timing on video release suspect to get price up yesterday
